Shouldn't be any different. The only way to know for sure what the actual temperature of the part is, is to use an IR thermometer. Part temp. is what your curing times are based on. Any pros out there are welcome to correct me if I'm wrong. -

no you are absolutely right the time to heat up may be faster but the cure cycle is directly relative to the part temp. when it hits cure temp then the timer starts.when in doubt polish it out/ why replace it when you can refinish it
