    Do a search for schematic and it will bring you a wealth of information. You may get mostly manual contactors. So also try SSR wiring. Otherwise, come back and ask your questions. But you should be able to find what you need in the search.

    Hi, just reading posts to hopefully get wiring info, I have a wall oven, I have purchased a pid, thermocouple and 40A ssr from Aubur, I have 220vac going to a box beside oven. This is where my knowledge ends. I need someone with more knowledge than me to draw a simple sketch starting at the supply and ending at the two elements. Any help would be much appreciated.

    You need to check out this site the contactor you need is on the link page. If you need any help wiring your oven e-mail me I've helped at lot of dudes get there oven wired.

    If you are running more than 1 element, i recommed the contactor.. every time you add an element you double the amps.... and it will cook the contacts in the thermostat in no time...

    I built a 3by 3 by 6 oven and scavenged an old ge oven but cant find schematics and oven is gone. can i just wire the elements right to the thermostat or do i need one of those contactor things u guys are talking about.I rebuild old motorcycles and need to get this thing up and running any help would be appreciated. THIS IS A GREAT SITE WITH SOME INTELLIGENT MEMBERS.THANK YOU
