    sorry took so long, have been swamped here at the shop, and have been filming a TV show that will air on speed channel. hope these work had to resize them to post here

          controller and the fan system---it draws from the top ducted down the back of the oven and then enters at the bottom for a pretty even air flow...fan is 315 CFM and im thinking of adding another

            Excellent work!!! I noticed the controller, I assume it's a PID. Can you program ramp, soak , shutdown etc.
            Could you list details/sources for the controller, SSR, switch.

              Thanks, we are building a bigger one and will be seilling that one. Yes the controller is PID and can be programmed to do many things, although basic target temperature and current temp is all thats really needed least in our case.
