Check out this fan set-up. He has good pics, the Grainger part numbers, and price. About $35 for the fan motor / blade. I would suggest using a piece of the steel framing or fab your own duct to pull hot air from upper to lower part of oven.
    ...some people call it "riggin"
...in hot rodding it's called fabrication!

You have any pics of your construction yet?

I'm building a 4 X 4 X 6 oven myself. I don't have any pics yet, but I've got an excell spreadsheet of the parts/prices I've spent or think I will need to spend.

I just ordered the fan motor and blade suggested on the website from Grainger for $27 and change. I pick them up on Monday.

Well I returned the aformentioned fan and blade assembly and purchased Grainger item # 4MH09 $53. It's a furnace blower and already has a metal duct assembly built in. All I have to do is run the square duct, instead of trying to fabricate my own housing. Just a heads up.

I just ordered two from http://www.surpluscenter.com/item.as...tname=electric

I just blew mine up the other day. Made some changes and hooked it to a 240v instead of 120v. Went POW! and caught fire! Well that was a bit scary! Anyway, new fan coming....

it works great. I forget where I got it actually. It's a Dayton high heat blower though. I paid under $100 for it.
