  • Oven Building Material Links

Okay, All us guys have an opportunity to help out the new oven builders. I asked Caswell if we could get a Sticky with links for building materials for ovens. So here a place to put any links and what they link to. This way they won't have to search so much. Only use Ebay sellers if they seem to deal in this kind of thing.
    Thanks, JT

Just noticed today that Grainger has a Dayton Hi Temp fan (9C542) for $44. They usually list and sell for over $100.

That's the whole idea to this thread. If we get enough links (and Links only) Caswell said he would make it a sticky. So try to keep the chit chat down to a minimum. Thanks Guys.

PID Controller. Would one of these work?

Here is a link to one of the threads about wiring. The only thing I would look into is a guy named coldfusion on Ebay for PID's.

If you don't mind ebay products shipped from Hong Kong (less than 2 weeks to Texas), currently $65 shipped PID/SSR/K Type Thermocouple.

My particular unit came preprogrammed for Fahrenheit and the K thermocouple. The PID is the venerable VTC-620. Instructions available just a few Google clicks away. Easy wiring.
