Looking for someone to coat my Ducati gas tank

I have a plastic gas tank from a Ducati Streetfighter. I wanted to have someone do the caswell coating inside this gas tank so that it won't expand like my current one did. I live in NYC so if there is someone local to me, that's perfect. Otherwise, I can ship it out but if it's closer, then that would be better. Thanks.
