Chrome work needed

I have 1 possibley 2 motorcycle handelbars that need rechrome. They have a few deep scratches that will need to be filled. Bought them as blems. Also if price is right I have 4 cast aluminum motorcycle wheels that have been already sanded smooth up to 400 grit (all casting and machined surfaces taken down). Sizes are 21x3 and 18x5 (2 of each). I am in the Detroit area so the closer the better but will ship if need be. Thanx.
